Weekly Maintenance

This includes comprehensive Property Management:

        

  • Home Secure: All entrances, exits and windows are closed.

  

  • Wateringof Plants

  

  • Garden Maintenance checks:

     i)   Check that irrigation in operational

      ii)  Ensure Garden services is performed regularly and to standard

      iii) Swimming pools are in top condition

  

  • No general faults and leaks check

  

  • Report of faulty bulbs and equipment as well as replacement on quote and  request.

  

  • Vehicle: battery, oil, water and tyre pressure check.

  

  • Security: Will be in direct contact with the Property's alarm company.  Domestiserve will be    informed immediately should the alarm be activated for whatever reason.  We will    perform a simple burglar alarm test fortnightly and report any incidents or faults to the    client.

  

  • Mail forwarding services for mail delivered at the property. Account payments of    water and electricity etc. can be arranged on request.

  

  • Photographs of any fault, faulty equipment or any matter requiring attention will be mail regularly.

  

  • The client will be notified weekly by e-mail, to give you peace of mind that your property is in perfect condition. Serious faults will be reported by e-mail and telephone immediately.
